After several months i now have a little flex and squeak in front of the sink. I even had aristokraft install the 7 foot island right over it. Will do it right when i put a cabinet on the other side of the kitchen. Have a question remodeling kitchen and put laminate flooring down before i put in cabinets on one side of kitchen.

But if you have to install the flooring first here s a method that will avoid some of the problems i just described. Typically cabinets come before flooring.
