Unless the subfloor is seriously uneven and it can t be corrected reasonably by screwing it down into the floor joists the installer will likely just lay the hardwood over minor uneven subfloor.
Or you may store it outdoors under a tarp with blocks underneath the bottom sheet to keep it from touching the ground.
